The Disclosure Connection

UAP programs · PURSUE portal · 384 files · NDA nullification · AARO · Wright-Patterson · the scientists worked on exactly what’s being disclosed
← Part of the "Coincidences" series

The scientists on this site didn’t just work in “defense.” They worked on the exact technologies now at the center of UAP disclosure: exotic propulsion, metamaterials, directed energy, advanced aerospace. As Congress pushes harder for transparency, the people who understood these programs are dying and disappearing. The overlap between their expertise and the classified programs being disclosed is not a side note — it may be the story.

McCasland — The Nexus Figure
February 27, 2026 · Missing from Albuquerque, NM
Retired Maj. Gen. William “Neil” McCasland commanded the Air Force Research Laboratory at Wright-Patterson AFB — the base most associated with exotic aerospace research since Roswell. He appears in WikiLeaks Podesta emails regarding UFO discussions with Tom DeLonge, who identified him as someone with direct knowledge of UAP programs. Garry Nolan has publicly described a senior AFRL figure matching McCasland’s profile as a “UAP gatekeeper.” McCasland vanished 4 days after Trump signed a UAP disclosure executive order, leaving behind his phone, glasses, and wearable devices. He is the highest-ranking figure on this site.
McCasland connects to nearly everything: Wright-Patterson (where Sullivan served and drone incursions shut down airspace), AFRL (which runs PURSUE and exotic propulsion research), the Podesta/DeLonge disclosure effort, and the New Mexico corridor (where he lived and vanished). He is the nexus between the scientists, the programs, and the disclosure push.

PURSUE — The Classified Propulsion Program
Classification unknown · AFRL
PURSUE is a classified Air Force Research Laboratory initiative studying exotic propulsion concepts — the physics of how objects might move without conventional thrust. The program’s existence was confirmed through FOIA documents and congressional briefings, but its scope, findings, and current status remain classified. PURSUE sits within the same AFRL infrastructure that McCasland commanded. The program’s research portfolio reportedly encompasses anti-gravity, inertial mass reduction, metamaterial propulsion, and field-effect drives — precisely the fields where the dead and missing scientists had expertise.
Ning Li (anti-gravity, UAH), Amy Eskridge (exotic propulsion, Institute for Exotic Science), and Joshua LeBlanc (nuclear thermal propulsion, NASA) all worked on technologies that fall within PURSUE’s reported scope. If PURSUE cataloged or contracted with researchers in these fields, the dead scientists may have been part of its orbit.

Wright-Patterson AFB — The Hub
1947 – Present · Dayton, OH
Wright-Patterson has been the center of US aerospace intelligence since the Air Force was founded. It houses NASIC (National Air and Space Intelligence Center), AFRL (Air Force Research Laboratory), and has been associated with UAP material analysis since the Roswell era. Three figures on this site connect directly to Wright-Patterson: McCasland (commanded AFRL there), Matthew Sullivan (served as NASIC deputy director, died May 2024 before UAP testimony), and the base experienced drone incursion airspace shutdowns in December 2024. Sullivan had agreed to testify about UAP crash retrieval programs before Congress.
The base most associated with exotic aerospace technology has lost its former AFRL commander (missing) and its former NASIC deputy director (dead before testimony), and experienced unexplained drone incursions — all within 18 months.

PURSUE Portal — 384 Files and Counting
May 8 – May 22, 2026 · war.gov/ufo
The Pentagon launched the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters (PURSUE) portal in two batches: 162 files on May 8 (including the original Roswell FBI memo, Oak Ridge surveillance imagery, never-before-seen Apollo lunar photos, and recent military encounter videos) and 222 files on May 22 (including F-16 shootdown footage of an unidentified object over Lake Huron, Michigan on Feb 12, 2023). The portal has surpassed 1 billion visits. A third batch is expected in June, rumored to focus on underwater encounters (USOs). Contents span 1947 to early 2026 and are sourced from DOD, FBI, NASA, and State Department archives.
The PURSUE releases cover the same technology domains where the dead and missing scientists worked: exotic propulsion, aerospace intelligence, nuclear research, and advanced materials. AFRL — the lab McCasland commanded — is central to the disclosure pipeline. The people who understood these programs are dying and vanishing as the files go public.

Rumored Second EO — NDA Nullification
May 2026 · Unconfirmed
Sources report a second executive order is being prepared that would nullify government NDAs tied to UFO and UAP research, creating a pathway to immunity for individuals who violated laws while participating in secret programs. This would allow scientists, military contractors, and insiders to come forward without prosecution. If NDAs were a motive for silencing researchers, this order would directly undercut that motive.
If NDAs enforced silence about classified programs — and breaking them carried criminal penalties — then the people most at risk were those who knew the most. McCasland, Sullivan, and the AFRL scientists all held clearances that came with binding non-disclosure agreements. Nullifying those NDAs would remove one of the alleged motives for silencing them.

Huntsville Cluster — Anti-Gravity Corridor
2014 – 2025 · Huntsville, AL
Huntsville, Alabama — home of NASA Marshall Space Flight Center, Redstone Arsenal, and the University of Alabama in Huntsville — has lost at least four people connected to exotic propulsion research. Ning Li (UAH physicist, groundbreaking anti-gravity research in the 1990s, DoD-funded, permanent brain damage from 2014 hit-and-run, died 2021). Amy Eskridge (co-founded Institute for Exotic Science, anti-gravity research, claimed she was targeted by a directed energy weapon, dead June 2022 at 34). Joshua LeBlanc (nuclear thermal propulsion, NASA Huntsville, dead July 2025). The Moffatt family (NASA JSC/UAH connections, multi-fatality crash, August 2025). Four deaths in one aerospace corridor over a decade.
Huntsville is where American rocket science was born (von Braun, Marshall). It’s also where anti-gravity research was most active — Ning Li’s work at UAH in the 1990s drew DoD funding and was considered among the most promising. The people who continued that research tradition are now dead.

New Mexico Corridor — The Nuclear Belt
2022 – 2026 · NM
New Mexico hosts the densest concentration of classified research facilities in the country: Los Alamos National Laboratory, Sandia National Laboratories, Kirtland AFB (which houses the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center and AFRL Directed Energy Directorate), and White Sands Missile Range. McCasland vanished from Albuquerque. Spencer Goetz and Benjamin Borges had connections to the LANL/Sandia ecosystem. The state is also home to the Santa Fe Institute (Epstein-funded, LANL-adjacent) and Epstein’s Zorro Ranch. Roswell, the ur-text of American UAP history, is in southeastern NM.
The state where UAP history began (Roswell, 1947) is the same state where the nation’s nuclear weapons and directed energy research is concentrated, where McCasland vanished, and where Epstein maintained a physical presence. The New Mexico corridor connects the disclosure timeline, the dead scientists, and the Epstein funding network in a single geography.

AARO — 2,000+ Open Cases, Abolition Bill Filed
2026 · Contradictory signals
The All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office now has over 2,000 unresolved UAP cases per Defense Secretary Hegseth. Yet Rep. Burchett filed H.R. 8197 to abolish AARO entirely within 60 days, with a hard prohibition on creating any replacement office. Rep. Luna publicly recommended DOGE disband AARO. The office that’s supposed to investigate UAP encounters is simultaneously overwhelmed with cases and facing legislative termination.
If AARO is abolished, oversight of UAP encounters moves to … nowhere. The scientists who died or vanished were working on the exact phenomena AARO is supposed to investigate. Eliminating the investigation office doesn’t eliminate the phenomena — it eliminates accountability.

UAP Whistleblower Protection Act (H.R. 5060)
2026 · Burchett & Luna
Reps. Burchett and Luna introduced H.R. 5060 to expand whistleblower protections to federal employees, DOD members, contractors, and intelligence community workers who disclose information about taxpayer funds spent on UAP research. Referred to Oversight, Armed Services, and Intelligence committees. Grusch remains on staff as Special Advisor to the House UAP Caucus. A new whistleblower was confirmed by Burlison in December 2025 — priority on classified SCIF settings rather than public hearings.
Sullivan was allegedly preparing UAP testimony when he died. If whistleblower protections had been in place, would he have had institutional cover? The bill exists because current protections are inadequate for people with knowledge of classified UAP programs — exactly the people on this site.

June 25 House Oversight Hearing
June 25, 2026 · Capitol Hill
A formal hearing titled “Restoring Public Trust Through UAP Transparency and Whistleblower Protection” is scheduled for June 25, 2026. The hearing will focus on UAP transparency, congressional oversight, and scientific inquiry. Given the overlap between the missing scientists’ work and disclosed UAP programs, this hearing could directly address the cases.
Congress is holding hearings on the exact programs the dead scientists worked on. The question is whether anyone will connect those dots publicly — or whether the hearing will stay narrowly focused on UAP footage without mentioning the people who understood it.

Disclosure Timeline vs. Scientist Deaths

Deaths cluster around disclosure milestones
The deaths and disappearances are not randomly distributed in time. They cluster around two periods: 2013–2015 (when AATIP was active and studying exotic technologies) and 2022–2026 (when Congressional disclosure efforts accelerated dramatically). Below is the overlap mapped chronologically.
2007–2012
AATIP created — Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program begins under DIA, funded at $22M via Sen. Harry Reid. Studies exotic propulsion, metamaterials, warp drive physics.
2014
Ning Li — hit-and-run in Huntsville. Permanent brain damage. Her anti-gravity research was DoD-funded and fell within AATIP’s study areas.
2017
AATIP disclosed by NYT. Pentagon confirms program existed. Three Navy UAP videos released. Tom DeLonge launches TTSA with former intelligence officials.
Jun 2022
Amy Eskridge dead at 34 in Huntsville. Had continued anti-gravity research, claimed directed energy targeting. Death ruled self-inflicted.
Jul 2023
David Grusch testifies before Congress under oath. Claims “personal knowledge” of people killed to conceal UAP technology. ICIG deems complaint “urgent and credible.”
Oct 2023
Michael David Hicks dead — 25-year JPL veteran found in apparent suicide. Worked on Mars missions and deep space systems.
May 2024
Matthew Sullivan dead — NASIC deputy director, Wright-Patterson. Had agreed to testify about UAP crash retrieval. Four-drug “accidental” overdose.
Jan 2025
Livelsberger manifesto — Green Beret claims US and China both have anti-gravity aircraft. DOD classifies the manifesto.
Feb 23, 2025
Trump signs UAP disclosure executive order — directs agencies to declassify UAP-related materials.
Feb 27, 2025
McCasland vanishes — 4 days after the executive order. Same day Fang Daining (China’s top hypersonics engineer) dies.
Mar–Aug 2025
Cluster — Monica Reza (JPL, missing), Carl Grillmair (Caltech, dead), Joshua LeBlanc (NASA, dead), Moffatt family (NASA/UAH, dead). Four more casualties in six months.
May 8, 2026
Pentagon releases 162 declassified UAP files — largest disclosure in US history. Videos, Cold War reports, multi-agency documents. The technologies described overlap with the dead scientists’ work.

Tier 4 — The Expertise Map

What the dead scientists knew vs. what's being disclosed
TIER 3
🔬
Field-by-Field Overlap
Cross-reference: scientist expertise vs. disclosed programs
The disclosed and partially-disclosed UAP programs study specific physics domains. The dead scientists worked in precisely those domains:

Anti-gravity / inertial mass reduction: Ning Li (UAH), Amy Eskridge (Institute for Exotic Science). PURSUE reportedly studies this. Livelsberger claimed operational anti-gravity craft exist.

Advanced propulsion: Joshua LeBlanc (nuclear thermal, NASA). DARPA DRACO was cancelled; LeBlanc died two months later.

Metamaterials / materials science: Monica Reza (JPL Materials Processing Group). AATIP studied metamaterials with anomalous properties.

Directed energy: Amy Eskridge claimed DEW targeting. Havana Syndrome device confirmed. Kirtland AFB’s Directed Energy Directorate is in the NM corridor.

Deep space / aerospace intelligence: Michael David Hicks (JPL), Carl Grillmair (Caltech IPAC), Matthew Sullivan (NASIC). The UAP files describe objects performing maneuvers that defy known aerospace engineering.
This is not a random sample of dead scientists. Their expertise maps almost perfectly onto the technology domains at the center of UAP disclosure. They knew the physics that would explain what’s being disclosed — or debunk it.

Congressional Disclosure Acceleration
2023 – 2026
Since Grusch’s July 2023 testimony, Congress has pushed disclosure with increasing urgency. The Schumer-Rounds UAP Disclosure Act (passed Senate, stripped in House conference). Rep. Burlison appointed Grusch as transparency advisor and formally requested FBI investigation of Sullivan’s death. Trump’s February 2025 executive order directing declassification. The May 2026 release of 162 files. Each escalation correlates with new casualties on this site.
The pattern: Congress pushes for transparency. Someone connected to the programs dies or disappears. More pressure builds. More casualties follow. Whether this is causation or correlation, the temporal alignment between disclosure milestones and scientist deaths is documented above.
SCHUMER-ROUNDS EXEC ORDER 162 FILES TEMPORAL CORRELATION

The Bottom Line

The dead and missing scientists didn’t work on random topics. They worked on anti-gravity, exotic propulsion, metamaterials, directed energy, and advanced aerospace — the exact fields at the center of UAP disclosure. They were connected to Wright-Patterson, AFRL, NASA, JPL, and the New Mexico national labs — the exact institutions being forced to disclose. They died and disappeared as Congress, the executive branch, and the Pentagon itself accelerated transparency. Correlation is not causation. But at some point, the correlation becomes the evidence.
